Since we started with the mission to see people happy in their mobile homes, we do some things different than other mobile home dealers, partly because we have to, but mostly because we want to. As a family owned business, we know we do not have a big corporate safety net. Since we do our own installs (unlike many independent dealers), we also get to ensure you are satisfied from start to finish, from choosing a home, to preparing the lot, to delivery and installation.

Without big corporate overhead and with doing our own installs, we keep our costs down, and we are happy to share those savings with you. We would rather help lots of people at a fair price than any other option, and you will find our prices are low, low, low. We work with local and regional lenders to get you the best financing to be found. Some dealers will low ball you on the price to stick you into a high interest financing package that gives them a large kickback. We think it is dishonest to pretend to give someone a great deal only to stick them into a bloated interest rate loan.

Working with several lenders allows us to match people with their unique financial situation to the lender that will best serve them...in other words, we give you the best deal AND we help you with find the best loan.
